b1441 toyota AC ???

please help :
i have maxisys 906 ;
before(2 mounth), my computer can acess to the ac and found the dtc (b1441) and can do a reset for it
but now nooooooo... so whats the problem or how can i fix it the next time????
(air mix damper control servo motor circuit) -

You need to diagnose and fix the problem causing the code that you can't erase any longer. Possible causes pinched shorted open, circuit wiring?,object inside HVAC box preventing full travel of blend door, bad potentiometer or motor of actuator, HVAC controller? -

but before i have access to the HVAC but now and after the latest update i cant :(
for toyota land cruiser model from 2007 to 2016 there is a problem corrently viewed (b1441 ) which the air of AC comes out of the top and bottom , are not only from the front, when i had access to the HVAC i could do a reset for it and its solved directly
